This is an initial operational baseline for LubMapp publication and review. Final company and legal details should be replaced before final legal use.

Data handled

LubMapp may process account data, professional identification, company data, permissions, assets, lubrication points, routes, executions, evidence, attachments, and technical events.

The LubMapp Field app may temporarily store data on the device to support field work and later synchronization.

Purpose

Data is used for authentication, access control, route execution, maintenance history, indicators, technical support, security, and service improvement.

Evidence such as photos and notes is tied to the operational context provided by the user and the contracting company.

Sharing

LubMapp does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, database, hosting, storage, and support providers.

One company's data should not be made available to another company except by authorization, legal obligation, or applicable administrative configuration.

Retention and security

Data is retained for as long as needed for service operation, legal obligations, technical audit, and contractual continuity.

The service uses authentication, permissions, and logical company isolation. No system is risk-free, but reasonable measures are used to reduce exposure.
