Service use

LubMapp is intended for managing lubrication, routes, assets, points, work orders, evidence, and operational indicators.

Users must keep credentials secure and use the system according to internal policies, safety rules, and company procedures.

Operational responsibility

The system supports technical control, but does not replace engineering analysis, manufacturer recommendations, required training, or safety procedures.

The user company is responsible for the quality of setup data, plans, frequencies, lubricants, permissions, and decisions made from the data.

Availability

LubMapp seeks to provide a stable and fast experience, but downtime may occur due to maintenance, connectivity, infrastructure, updates, or external events.

Offline features in LubMapp Field depend on correct synchronization, available local storage, and compatible device use.

Intellectual property

The LubMapp brand, interface, software, documentation, and materials belong to their owners. Use does not transfer intellectual property.

Operational data entered by the company remains associated with the company's environment, subject to applicable contractual and legal rules.
